The property accommodates up to six adults across four bedrooms in three cottages. It is a place for reading, resting, and watching the light change over the water. 5-night minimum stay. No children, no pets.

No loud music, gatherings, or outdoor activity. This is a residential cottage colony with neighbors who deserve their peace.
The property is for personal use only. No gatherings beyond the registered guest count (6 max), no events of any kind.
No animals of any kind are permitted on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Adults only. The property is not equipped or suited for young children.
Strictly non-smoking indoors and outdoors, including e-cigarettes and vaping.
Leave the property as you found it. Trash properly bagged, dishes clean, no damage to furnishings or grounds.
Check-in from 4 PM. Check-out by 11 AM. Specific times confirmed at booking. No early arrivals without prior arrangement.
All guests must sign a mutual NDA prior to booking confirmation. Property details, owner identity, and rental terms are strictly confidential.
A refundable $2,500 security deposit is required at booking. Returned within 7 days of checkout, subject to inspection. Full forfeiture for rule violations or damages.
Massachusetts Cottage Colony Compliance. This property is located within a traditional cottage colony and is operated in full compliance with Massachusetts short-term rental law (Chapter 64G) and applicable Truro zoning bylaws. The property is registered with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and all applicable local and state occupancy taxes (5.7% state excise + local town tax) are collected and remitted. A formal Short-Term Rental Agreement and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) are required prior to any stay, along with a $2,500 refundable security deposit. Minimum stay: 5 nights. Occupancy is strictly limited to 6 registered adults across three cottages. No children, no pets, no additional overnight visitors.
